Invisalign / Invisalign® Overview
Invisalign is a clear, comfortable way to straighten your teeth without the look of traditional braces. Custom aligners move your teeth gradually into place, for teens and adults who want a more discreet option.

Invisalign uses a series of smooth, clear aligners customized for your teeth. Each one applies gentle pressure that shifts your teeth a little closer to their ideal position.
Each new aligner is shaped slightly differently from the last. Small, planned shifts add up week after week, until crowding, gaps, and rotations settle into an even line. Drag the slider to see the idea.

Invisalign is a series of clear, custom-made aligners that gradually move your teeth into better positions. Each set is shaped slightly differently from the last, and you switch to the next set on a schedule your doctor sets. Because the aligners are removable and nearly invisible, most people fit treatment into daily life without much change.
For many cases, yes. Invisalign can correct crowding, spacing, and many bite problems with results similar to braces. Some very complex tooth movements are still best handled with braces, and our doctors will tell you honestly which option fits your smile.
Treatment length depends on how much your teeth need to move. Mild spacing or crowding can finish in a matter of months, while more involved bite corrections take longer. After your digital scan, our doctors give you a personal time estimate before you commit to anything.
Most patients feel pressure or mild tenderness for a day or two when they switch to a new set of aligners. That feeling is a sign the aligners are working, and it usually fades quickly. Because there are no brackets or wires, there is nothing sharp to irritate your cheeks.
Many teens do very well with Invisalign. We look at your teen's bite, growth, and daily habits during the consultation and talk honestly about whether aligners or another option will give the most predictable result.
There is no upper age limit for Invisalign. What matters most is that your teeth and gums are healthy. Many of our Invisalign patients are adults who always wanted straighter teeth or noticed their teeth shifting over time.
Yes. New patients can schedule a free Invisalign consultation that includes a conversation about your goals, an exam, and a digital scan so you can see what treatment could look like. Restrictions may apply, so call our office for details.
